we can solve this fault by checking sim jacket points or sim ic.Make sure taht sim card jacket points are not damage and crystal ic near it also not damage.In case of sim crystal ic damage we can do jumpers without ic, here i attach a diagram for sim ic jumper observe diagram and do jumpers
